By purchasing a commission from me you confirm that you have read and agree with following terms.These ToS apply to all types of work (commissions, YCH, adopts, 3d models, etc., further - "commissions"), unless otherwise stated under a specific work.RIGHTS AND DUTIES✦ No one but me can distort and/or change the final work (crop the watermark, distort, trace, etc.)
✦ After receiving the work, be sure to save it! I do not keep the original works for more than a certain period (up to 6 months), so please make sure that you have saved the final image.
✦ I provide only digital items, I do not provide any physical copies.
✦ The hi-res file(s) are for private use only, not public.
✦ Low-res files are free to be published anywhere.
✦ Commissioned pieces and pieces created as my original content, can't be used in commercial purposes.
✦ You agree that I may sell higher-resolution files
and WIP stages of your commission as part of image packs, Patreon rewards, or similar. In this case I include copyright information (character’s full name, creator/owner of the character)
✦ All agreements of use for final images must be concluded before payment.PROCESS✦ You must be 18 years of age or older to commission me.
✦ Full payment is required before I will begin any work except payment plan options.
✦ Please pay attention that I make all art in my style, no changes to style can be applied. Please look at my gallery and examples I provide.
✦ I send WIP(s) on sketch, color, and render stages. More WIPs can be provided on request or if additional questions appeared.
✦ On sketch stage any changes can be applied. After the sketch is approved only minor changes can be applied. After I start/finish render only my mistakes can be fixed.
✦ Deadline for each art depends on complexity, current queue and other factors. If you need your art before exact day - please notify me before I start to work (during messaging me about commission).
✦ I try to work quickly, but sometimes I need more time, so be patient, please.
✦ After I finish work, I send you the link with all files (including hi-res). Please pay attention that I don't provide original psd (and other format) files with layers.
✦ I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
✦ Hi-res files for personal use only, but you are welcome to upload web version of file wherever you want, I appreciate the credit in form of link or my nickname.

I need time for response, sometimes I draw rough sketch to show my idea even during commission discussion (you don't pay extra for that outside of commissions).
If you commission not your character for gift please show you know the person.I can stop working with you if:
! You are rude
! You are sending me your nudes or ask/do inappropriate things that has nothing common with normal communication.
! You make extreme changed to idea after sketch is approved.
! You are asking me to draw something you didn't asked before (especially for kinks)

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS✦ Commissions up to 300 USD must be paid upfront entirely. For any price above 300 USD payment plan works (50/50 or other options if can be applied).
✦ Currently (according to the payments situations) refunds can’t be done until it’s emergency or mistake from payment system side (paid twice, etc.). Please contact me if something happens and we will find a solution. Don't make chargebacks or disputes, contact me if you want to make a refund (refunds can be issued only by me).Payment Methods:

What I still consider as ONE slot:
1. One (solo) character (any commission type)
2. Few characters interacting in one picture (it doesn't matter if it's a sketch or illustration or animation)
3. Pack of sketches (the same character or different characters, but each sketch is separate picture) or sketch list (many sketches are packed on one picture) purchased by one person.All additional details should be discussed, sometimes price goes up (if there are a lot of details), sometimes goes lower (less details, simpler composition etc)
